Questions people ask
How do credits work?
Every video shows its price before you make it: a set amount per second, by size. Pictures cost a set amount each. Credits come from the pack you buy.
Do credits expire?
Credits last 33 days on the Community Preview pack, 69 days on Founding, 369 days on Gold, counted from the day they are added.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pay as you go. Buy a pack when you need one.
What is the crossed-out price?
What the same credits would cost at the Entry rate (2,200 credits for $29). The bigger packs give you more credits per dollar; the crossed-out number is that difference, nothing invented.
What does 1080p (upscaled) mean?
Clips are made at a standard size and upscaled to 1080p for the HD option. We say it plainly so you know what you are buying.
Can I get a refund?
See the refunds page for the rules; a video that fails on our side is not charged.
